Description
Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiations to provide a comprehensive and secure Evidence Management Services (“EMS”) to modernize and streamline the collection, storage, tracking, and management of police evidence. The system must be capable of handling physical, digital, and multimedia evidence to ensure compliance with legal, departmental, and chain of custody requirements for Fairfax County, Virginia.
