Eviction Legal Services

The City of Phoenix Human Services Department aims to increase access to justice for low-income, disproportionately affected Phoenix residents by expanding availability of no cost eviction legal services, to include assistance with resolving evictions both in and outside the courtroom. The City of Phoenix invites sealed offers for Eviction Legal Services for a one-year contract, commencing on or about January 1, 2025 (the Effective Date is upon award by City Council, conditioned upon signature and recording by the City Clerk’s department, as required by the Phoenix City Code), with one, one-year, option to renew in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained herein.
