Project Description: This Contract provides for the improvements of Evergreen Highway from Chelsea Avenue to Image Road. Proposed pervious pathway on the south side of Evergreen with storm improvements, a retaining wall, and privacy fence and other minor landscape updates and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The Contract Work shall be Physically Complete within 150 Working Days from the Notice to Proceed.
Engineer's Estimate - $3M-$3.4M
