The Wisconsin Department of Health Services’ Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Title V block grant provides funding and support to local and Tribal health agencies and other organizations to improve the health and supporting the well-being of mothers, infants, children, and families.
The purpose of this funding opportunity is to provide planning, preparing, and organizing statewide training opportunities for Title V-funded children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) programs.
All funding application submissions are due on August 13, 2025, by 11:59 p.m. CDT.
Applicants will be notified of award decisions no later than September 5, 2025.
