General Information:

The purpose of this RFP is to contract for event traffic control and parking services for the events and activities to be held at the Clark County Event Center on behalf of Fairgrounds Site Management Group (FSMG).

Pre-Bid Conference:

A Virtual Non-Mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, November 20, 2024. Proposers wishing to attend shall email Amy DeShazer at Amy.DeShazer@cceventcenter.org by 5:00 pm Tuesday, November 19, 2024 to request the meeting invitation.
