Event Planning Services for Rec @ Nite Teen Engagement Program

Project Description: The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, (hereinafter referred as “City”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (hereinafter "RFP") pursuant to the provisions of the Cincinnati Municipal Code (CMC), Chapter 321 from parties, (hereinafter "Offerors). The Offeror shall provide an event planning professional who will provide comprehensive planning, coordination, and onsite execution services for the Rec @ Nite Program - an initiative aimed at providing safe, engaging, and culturally relevant recreational opportunities for teens during evening hours. Events will occur at two primary CRC sites: Hirsch Recreation Center (Avondale) and Lincoln Recreation Center (West End).
