Description
This project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct two restroom facilities, one at Evans Towne Center Park and the other at the Columbia County Racquet
Center, with the Evans Towne Center Park site also including the installation of utilities to accommodate the new ice rink location across Antebellum Way.
