23-03901 Evans Road Phase 1 Streets and Drainage (E. Elm Creek - Masonwood) (2022 Bond) Addendum No. 1

The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the Evans Road Phase 1 Streets and Drainage (E. Elm Creek – Masonwood) (2022 Bond) project.

Scope: Project includes construction of a new underground storm sewer system on westbound Evans Road from E. Elm Creek crossing to Masonwood Drive, construction of 2 additional drainage box culverts at the E. Elm Creek Crossing on westbound and eastbound Evans Road, construction of an improved drainage multi-box culvert at Roan Park and Evans Road, full street reconstruction of westbound Evans Road from Roan Park to Masonwood Drive, mill and overlay of eastbound Evan Road from E. Elm Creek to Masonwood Drive and other areas within the project limit as needed, traffic signal improvements at Roan Park and Masonwood Drive, SAWS water main replacement on westbound Evans Road and minor SAWS sewer adjustments and CPS gas main replacement on westbound Evans Road.
