Description
Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri (KCMO) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional services for utility bill rate optimization, with a primary focus on tariff reduction analysis. The goal is to reduce utility expenditure across municipal facilities by identifying and implementing more favorable rate structures.
KCMO operates numerous facilities with substantial electricity, natural gas, steam and chilled water usage. Rate adjustments by utility providers have prompted the need for a comprehensive review of current utility tariffs and billing practices.
