Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri (“City”) invites you to submit a proposal ("Proposal") for Municipal Advisory services. The City Finance Department desires to select firms ("Proposers") to provide municipal advisory services on tax-supported bond issues, such as General Obligation and annual appropriation backed bonds, Airport Revenue Bonds, Passenger Facility Charge, Customer Facility Charge and Airport Special Facility and Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds (collectively referred to as the "Bonds").
