Description
Project Description: The City of Kansas City, Missouri, through its Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, invites qualified vendors to submit proposals for the provision of a Jail Management System (JMS) to support operations at the Front Street Detention Facility (FSDF) and the future Community Corrections and Rehabilitation Center (CCRC).
The FSDF will open in 2026 as a temporary municipal detention facility housing up to 136 individuals who have violated city ordinances. The CCRC will be constructed over approximately three years. The City seeks a JMS that ensures constitutionally adequate care and custody, operational efficiency, and compliance with all applicable regulations.
