Project Description: The Kansas City Aviation Department (KCAD) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals
for a multi-year, lump sum contract not to exceed the O&M plus the T&M contingency to provide
operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the following facilities at the Kansas City
International Airport (MCI):
