Project Description: The Kansas City Health Department is seeking proposals from community organizations to join the newly constructed FocusKC Youth Planning Council. Over the next eighteen months, this council will develop a comprehensive plan to provide a continuum of care for youth in Kansas City, aiming to promote positive life outcomes and reduce justice system involvement.
