Project Description: Scope of Work The selected vendor will provide: Software Requirements Multi-Channel Request Intake i.e. Mobile & Web Apps Multi-Lingual Functionality capabilities. Real-time Reporting, Analytics, and Integration capabilities with existing systems such as Cartegraph, eP&L, Hansen, Routeware, & Esri GIS. Joint Reporting/Interested Party capability to join an existing report to receive updates and the ability to add updates to an existing report. Mobile App Push Notifications & Automated notification capabilities. Duplicate Request Management capabilities. Staff Mobile App/capabilities to process reports in field. AI capabilities to assist system users with reporting. AI capabilities to assist departments with report processing SLA Setting capabilities.
