The City of Spokane, through its Facilities Department is initiating this Request for Qualifications (RFQu) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing the City of Spokane Water Department with EV Charging Solar Photovoltaic Parking Canopy Design Services. It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City of Spokane’s ProcureWare submittal portal to be responsive and accepted.
