Scope of Work: Lee County Fleet Management is seeking to execute a sole source for factory-authorized and custom parts, repair service, and warranty work for American Emergency Vehicles (AEV) by ETR. LLC. These parts and services are for repairs to the custom “box” portion of the ambulances.
ETR is the only factory-authorized dealer for OEM parts for the Sprinter Ambulances manufactured by American Emergency Vehicle (AEV) in Florida. Lee County has specific specialized requirements for the Ambulance "boxes" and repair parts can only be obtained by ETR LLC. OEM parts must be utilized to maintain vehicle warranties to their full duration.
