Requirement: Public Safety is seeking the contractor to improve and advance the analysis of annual reports submitted to the Department under the Supply Chains Act (SCA). This includes developing an assessment framework that enables evaluation of the quality and maturity of reports, including benchmarking over time and across reporting entities.
