Notice is hereby given that the City of Española, New Mexico calls for Sealed Proposals for:

RFP 2024-003

Española Waste Water AO Engineering

The City of Española is requesting proposals for the Española Wastewater Facility. This project is wholly or partially funded with

United States Environmental Protection Agency funds, and therefore must comply with all federal requirements contained in the

Supplemental Conditions. Neither the United States nor its department’s agencies or employees is or will be party to this request

for proposals or any resulting contract.
