Description of Procurement
This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources in providing repair  and maintenance services for the University’s eight (8) escalators, as further described in Appendix B – Deliverables (the “Deliverables”).
The University intends to execute a Master Services Agreement, as provided in Appendix E.

Contract Details
The term of the Final Agreement is three (3) years, plus one (1) optional renewal period of 2 (two) years, in the discretion of the University.
The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
