Description of Procurement This Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is an invitation to prospective Proponents to submit a Proposal indicating their organization’s capability and resources in providing repair and maintenance services for the University’s eight (8) escalators, as further described in Appendix B – Deliverables (the “Deliverables”). The University intends to execute a Master Services Agreement, as provided in Appendix E. Address and Final Date for Submissions

Contract Details The term of the Final Agreement is three (3) years, plus one (1) optional renewal period of 2 (two) years, in the discretion of the University. The University will base its selection of qualified suppliers on the following criteria:
