This project includes removing and disposing of 3 - 10,000 gallon existing poly deicer tanks, pump house, pumps, and miscellaneous plumbing and electrical materials occupying the new construction area. The project will include trenching/general excavation, conduit installation, disposal, preparation of a gravel foundation, construction of a reinforced concrete pad, and delivery and placement of 3 - new 15,500 gallon deicer tanks. The finish grade of the new concrete slab shall match the exiting door elevation and slope away from edges of building structures and slope in a manner to reduce water runoff pooling. All materials that are excavated from the site during preparation and construction shall be the property of the contractor and be disposed of in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations and Section 00290.
