Erosion & Sediment Control Maintenance and Repair Service, On-Call

Sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) for Cecil County, Maryland for RFP-24-009 Erosion & Sediment Control Maintenance and Repair Services, On-Callas described in the proposal package, will be received from qualified vendors at any time and up to 1:30 p.m. on July 11, 2023.

Cecil County Department of Public Works is seeking a Contractor(s) to perform services for the maintenance & repair of existing Erosion & Sediment Control (E&S) facilities and installation of new E&S facilities at Solid Waste Management Division facilities, and at other facilities as may be requested.

Typical services performed under this contract may include rehabilitation, maintenance, landscaping, and repair of existing Erosion & Sediment Control facilities such as rip rap check dams, rip rap or grass lined swales, sediment basins and associated structures, filter log and super silt fence, etc. Additional services performed may include the construction of new Erosion & Sediment Control facilities as depicted on the 5-year E&S Control Plan for Central Landfill or other plans and details provided by the County.

Cecil County, Maryland reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.  All proposals are based upon budgetary constraints.
