NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received, publicly opened and read in the office ofthe Adjutant General,
1410 Riverside Drive, Jackson, Mississippi, 39202-1271. Electronic Bids may be received via
MAGIC portal or Physical Receipt. Prospective bidders are encouraged to monitor the
Mississippi Department ofFinance and Administration website for updates and future bidding
opportunities.

A pre-bid conference will be conducted July 29, 2026, at 10:00 am 3152 James H. Biddv Road.
Grenada. MS 38901. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
Bidders shall be advised that in accordance with the Mississippi Code, the Military Department
has Thirty (30) calendar days to deliver a warrant to the vendor from the date an application for
payment is determined to be due and payable under the terms and conditions ofthe contract.
The Adjutant General reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities.
Award ofcontract is subject to availability offunds. Bids will be held open for ^ days from bid
date.
