ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS - ERIE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND PLANNING
ERIE COUNTY, N.Y.
General Notice
The Erie County Department of Environment and Planning on behalf of Erie County Sewer
District No. 4 is requesting Bids for construction of ECSD No. 4 Contract No. 61 Depew Pumping
Station Improvements. Separate Bids will be received by the Commissioner of the Department
of Environment and Planning for Contract Nos. 61-A General/Mechanical, 61-B HVAC, and 61-D
Electrical at 95 Franklin Street, Room 1034, Buffalo, New York, 14202, until Thursday, May 28,
2026 at 10:00 am local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read
aloud in Room 1004.
The Project includes replacement of pumps, motors, VFDs, check valves, valve actuators,
instrumentation, PLC controls, piping, concrete modifications. wet well ventilation fans,
conduits, wiring, emergency generator and related construction. Possible alternate work
includes equipment removal or replacement of the ATS, lighting, load bank, or flow meter.
Bid Documents must be downloaded from the website. Prospective Bidders must register as a

Attendance is encouraged at a pre-bid conference on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 9:00 am at
Depew Pumping Station 215 Borden Road Depew, NY 14031 or enter through Rutherford Place.
