CONTRACT NO. 107
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed proposals for the above referenced contract
will be received by the Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Environment and
Planning (ECDEP) on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, until 2:00 PM, local time, at 95 Franklin St,
Room 1034, Buffalo, NY 14202, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud in
Room 1004.
The Project includes the installation of two (2) 3 phase, 208V, 150kWh backup BESS's:
interior BESS at the North Evans PS and an exterior BESS at the Herr Rd PS, both in the Town
of Evans, NY, inclusive of controls, communications, transfer switches, roll-up generator
docking stations, and all related electrical connections and components.
Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid site visit scheduled for
Wednesday, May 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM starting at the first project site just past 6930 Versailles
Rd, Derby, then to the second project site located next to 326 Herr Rd, Angola.
