ERC Rehabilitative Workshops for Female & Male Inmates

The Province is seeking a Contractor (or two Contractors, per below) to provide rehabilitative Workshops to adult female and adult male inmates in custody at ERC.

Proponents may submit a Proposal to provide rehabilitative Workshops to the female inmate population or the male population. If Proponents wish to deliver Workshops to both the female and male inmate populations, a separate Proposal must be submitted for each. One Contract may be issued if the Evaluation process determines the same Proponent is the successful Proponent for each inmate population. Separate Contracts will be issued for each inmate population if there are different Proponents identified through the Evaluation process.

This opportunity uses APC E-submission. Suppliers must submit via the APC E-submissions platform. The APC system timestamp at successful submission is the official receipt time; late submissions are not accepted. Submit confirmation of attending to PSES.Procurement@gov.ab.ca attention to Procurement Officer, Paul Dinh no later than July 30, 2026. Proponents are to include email(s) and full name(s) of attendees, a meeting invite will be provided shortly after.

Submit written questions to the Procurement Officer in advance so that comprehensive answers can be given at the session.

Attendance at the session is not mandatory but is highly recommended.
