LEGAL NOTICE – INVITATION TO BID

City of Malvern, Arkansas Eradication / Demolition of Structures

The City of Malvern is soliciting sealed bids for the eradication and removal of debris from multiple parcels located within the corporate limits of Malvern, Arkansas. A complete list of parcels, performance criteria, and bid documents is available at:

Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:45 a.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025 and will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. the same day at the Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, 120 West Third Street, Malvern, Arkansas.

All bidders are responsible for the complete eradication and removal of structures, including foundations, in accordance with the City’s performance criteria. Bidders shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required for the project.

Prior to contract award, the successful bidder must submit:

- Valid Arkansas Contractor’s License

- Proof of Liability Insurance

- Proof of bonding and ability to secure required permits

- Bids must be submitted on the official bid form provided in the bid packet.

The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the City. Bids may be held by the City of Malvern for up to sixty (60) days following opening for evaluation.
