| The RFP specifies that instruction must be delivered in person at private-school sites, with computer-assisted learning permitted if supervised by certified teachers. Can the LEA confirm whether app-based instruction, delivered in person by a certified teacher using adaptive digital tools (e.g., Dash or Alpha apps), meets the definition of “computer-assisted learning” for compliance purposes? | 11/3/2025 10:48:35 AM | ||

| The RFP requests that supplies for parent and family engagement workshops be included. Could you please confirm whether “supplies” refers to take-home learning kits for parents and guardians? | 11/4/2025 12:19:31 PM | ||
|
Take-home learning kits for parents and guardians are customized based on the needs of participating Title I students and families, as well as the specific workshop topics. Because costs can vary depending on the type and scope of the parent engagement activity, could you please confirm whether it is acceptable to list a cost range (e.g., $55–$150 per participant kit) to reflect this variability, or if the district requires a single fixed rate to be listed on the cost form?

| When the district refers to computer-aided instruction, does the district define this as blended learning? For clarification, blended learning is defined as an instructional approach that integrates teacher-led, in-person instruction with technology-based, computer-aided learning experiences. Students engage in both direct instruction from a teacher and independent or small-group learning using digital platforms or software, allowing for differentiated pacing and individualized support. Could the district please confirm that this definition aligns with its understanding of “computer aided instruction” as referenced in the RFP? | 11/4/2025 12:20:21 PM | ||
| Since not all schools will request computer-aided instruction, if a school includes this model in its service delivery plan, can the cost of software licenses and additional student computers be billed separately vs. Being included in the providers instructional hourly billing rate? | 11/4/2025 12:20:34 PM | ||
| In reference to the Professional Development section, Tab 6 a2, which requests that providers outline any samples of materials and/or the use of subcontractors — please confirm whether the district allows providers to include professional learning materials (such as instructional books or Title I professional learning lending libraries) . These materials would be quoted as an additional cost outside of the hourly rate on the cost proposal form. | 11/4/2025 12:20:46 PM | ||
|
Please confirm that services will be billable as follows:
The Customer shall pay the Provider on the following basis: an hourly rate of $[rate proposed on the cost proposal form] per Teacher or Counselor Hour for the provision of Services over the Term. The Hourly Rate is applied per scheduled teacher or counselor hour. Teacher and Counselor hours include all hours required to operate the program, including, but not limited to, direct service time with students, planning time, teacher training, parent conferences, and meetings with non-public school principals and/or classroom teachers. Kindly confirm whether the District agrees with this billing structure or requires any modifications to how hours are defined or invoiced. |
