Overview

Summary

The project generally consists of contractor supplying equipment with an operator and workforce and all associated work as specified in the proposal. The County may require all or partial equipment/workforce requirements based on project and/or budget constraints. Contractor shall be given directions by the Department on an as needed basis (or more frequently) as to the location for equipment rental with operator. The Contractor shall not work without specific instructions from the requesting Department.
