INVITATION FOR BID

2026 Equipment – Red Mesa Solar Project

Navajo Tribal Utility Authority (NTUA) is hereby contacting qualified vendors to provide fleet

vehicle and equipment to include the following:

• 2026 (1) Each T86 Bobcat, John Deere, Caterpillar Skid Steer Compact Track Loader or

equivalent with Mulcher Forestry Package

Instructions and Scope of Work can be obtained from Andrea Hale, Contract Agent by email at

andreah@ntua.com or at the NTUA Purchasing Department, North Navajo Route 12, Fort

Defiance, Arizona.

The bid response shall be submitted in a PDF attachment clearly marked “DO NOT OPEN – 2026

Fleet Equipment – Red Mesa Solar Project” and received by March 9, 2026 @ 5:00 p.m.

(MDT).

regulatory requirements. Proposers must submit evidence of their Preference Priority Certification

if applicable.
