Equipment Lab Build Out (1825 Lorne St)

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Equipment Lab Build Out - 1825 Lorne St as further described below (the “Deliverables”):

This project involves preparing a 6,000 square-foot space located at 1825 Lorne Street, Regina, SK., S4P 3N1, for use as an equipment lab. The scope includes installation of a structural ceiling grid, along with owner-supplied transformers, electrical panels, and lighting within the ceiling system. The project also includes installation of six chilled-water CRAH units within the space, as well as associated roof-mounted chillers, pumps, piping, and controls required to support the system.

Please Note: For this project, SaskTel requires all Vendors to have current COR (Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate.
