This is a synopsis for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This is a PRESOLICITATION notice for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2. The Stratton VA Medical Center at 113 Holland Avenue, Albany, NY 12208 is seeking to purchase a Philips Patient Monitoring System including upgrades to the existing system. The anticipation is that the solicitation will result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract with an estimated value above SAT.
No used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment/parts shall be provided. This procurement is for new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) items only. No gray market items shall be provided. Gray market items are OEM goods intentionally or unintentionally sold outside an authorized sales territory or sold by non-authorized dealers in an authorized sales territory. Vendor shall be an authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
THE SOLICITATION WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR SDVOSBs.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY VALUE ADDED RESELLERS, with a small business size standard of 150 employees. The FSC/PSC is 6515 MEDICAL AND SURGICAL INSTRUMENTS, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPPLIES.
The solicitation will be released via NASA SEWP. The solicitation is anticipated to be released on or around March 17, 2025. The current anticipated solicitation identifier is 36C24225Q0386.
Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and the Vendor Information Page (VIP) at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov). Additionally, prospective offers must be registered in the https://veterans.certify.sba.gov database.
