PROJECT TITLE/DESCRIPTION: Reedy Creek Farms Equine Hay Blanket Order
Reedy Creek Equine Farm manages 80+ head of horses, which require consistent, high-quality forage to support
digestive health and body condition unique to horses that live outside 24/7/365.
Reedy Creek is seeking a vendor to provide the feed that will provide hay nutritional consistency with minimal
waste and safe consumption for our equine animals. Reedy Creek requires a significant amount of hay annually
and finding a vendor that meets our demands as well as being able to deliver is important.

Blanket order is to cover one (1) year, starting on date of award, with the option to renew for 2 additional one-year
time periods. Supplier is to quote firm prices for the first year. Include costs for delivery in Unit Costs.
Quantities below are anticipated amounts needed for the remainder of 2026, calendar year (through December
31, 2026), however, NO QUANTITIES OR DOLLAR AMOUNTS ARE GUARANTEED. Orders will be called for as
needed.
