EPF 220065 Roberson Masonry & Ironwork

Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, appliances, services, and incidentals necessary for layout, installing, and performing masonry and ironwork at Roberson Museum and Science Center located at 30 Front Street, Binghamton, NY 13905 as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. The Work consists of masonry restoration work on the museum and carriage house including brick masonry cleaning, stone and brick masonry repointing, stone and brick masonry replacement, repair and rebuilding work, wood restoration, restoration and repair of wrought iron fencing, repairs/replacement of stone walls and brick piers at fencing, steel door restoration, new concrete paving work and new concrete foundations and footings.
