Description

Canada has a requirement for repairs to two barges at St. Andrew’s Lock and Dam (SALD) in Lockport, Manitoba. Project intent is to extend working life of the barges for another three to five years. The two barges in this Contract are unpowered barges manoeuvred with push tugs. Both are fitted with Hiab hydraulic cranes with grapples on the booms.Work must commence and be completed as follows:
Commence: upon contract signing; Complete: March 1, 2027.
Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. The requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian services. Offerors must complete the Canadian Content certification in the Offeror Declaration Form.
