2026-101 (EOI) Sidewalks & Streetscapes Improvements

The City of Charleston is soliciting Expressions of Interest (“EOI” or “Proposals”) from qualified individuals/firms to provide architectural and engineering design and contract administration services for downtown sidewalk and brick streetscape improvements funded through the RIC MPO Surface Transportation Block Grant program.

All Responses must be submitted in electronic PDF format.

Responses must be transmitted according to established deadlines listed in Section Five of this EOI (July 2, 2026 at 1pm) to the City of Charleston’s Purchasing Coordinator, by emailing bids@cityofcharleston.org.

Responses exceeding 15 MB in size should be sent to the Purchasing Coordinator via a secure, sharable link. (Examples: SharePoint, OneDrive, or Dropbox)
