EOI - Short-Term Uses for SEPTA Parking Lots and Underutilized Properties

SEPTA is seeking innovative and community-focused proposals for the short-term use of underutilized parking lots and properties. The goal is to generate revenue, foster community engagement, and maximize the value of these assets especially during evenings and weekends. This initiative aligns with SEPTA’s Transit Oriented Communities program, which seeks to make SEPTA properties vibrant, multimodal, community-centered places that bring economic opportunity. This RFI is intended to gauge interest and identify potential partners for creative uses of these spaces.

SEPTA requests that interested parties submit an EOI response document in accordance to the Authority’s technical specification no later than Monday, October 27, 2025 by 4:00 pm ET.
