The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcast.com/bids for the EOC Chiller Replacement project.

Scope: Replacing the two air-cooled 183-ton chillers and their associated chilled water pumps with new, including the expansion tank, the filter feeder, and the pump VFDs. Modifications to the existing chilled water piping and electrical power circuitry for extending and connecting to the new equipment. Testing, adjusting, and balancing of the new chillers and pumps. Commissioning of the new HVAC equipment systems.
