Envirosight Verisight Ultra Push Camera

Project Description: Hillsborough County intends to recommend the award of a sole source procurement to Environmental Products Group, Inc., from the effective date of the contract through December 31, 2025, at a total cost of $77,137.50, for six (6) Envirosight Verisight Ultra Push Cameras with 200 feet of cable. The County currently utilizes these push cameras, and they are a required component for County to meet Federal Regulations. This procurement is being made in accordance with Section 3-205(2)(f) of the County’s Procurement Policy (February 1, 2025) as only a single supplier, Environmental Product Group, Inc., is licensed and authorized, in the state of Florida to service and sell the Envirosight, LLC line of products and the product line is determined to be a sole source and is only reasonably available from Environmental Product Group, Inc. The County reserves the right to extend the time period further, adjust the scope of services in response to changing conditions and updated requirements, and increase the resulting award accordingly.
Contractors who believe that they can provide goods that are substantially and materially the same as those identified in the attached Vendor Quote, dated February 25, 2025, and sole source letter, must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge the intended award. Challenges to this notice must be received no later than the Close Date of the Sole Source (SS) Project and must be directed to the primary contact listed above using the “messages” section in Bonfire for this particular procurement. After this date, an award will be made. The County will review properly submitted challenges (responses) to determine whether bona fide competition exists.
