The City of Westbrook has an immediate need for a Phase I ESA for 15 + 33 Hawkes Street, which are slated to be used as a regional fire training facility in Westbrook. The City anticipates the facility to be:

A 5-story modular steel structure on an impervious surface

A place where emergency scenarios will be simulated for training purposes

All structures have been removed from these residential lots at 15 + 33 Hawkes Street.
