Project Description: Opportunity Home San Antonio (Opportunity Home) and affiliates are seeking proposals and statements of qualification for the purpose of selecting a consultant engaged under a master agreement to conduct, on a case by case basis, comprehensive, HUD Environmental Reviews on Opportunity Home-owned and/or controlled properties and at sites funded by federal funds(“Project(s)”). The Services shall be to assess environmental conditions and compliance with federal regulations at various properties and communities for HUD assisted properties as needed.
All properties or Project locations are owned by Opportunity Home or one of its affiliated entities in the City of San Antonio, Texas.
