Can the scope of work be clarified for the RFP. Is the main role for this contract to provide emergency response? The RFP discusses several services to include cleanup activities, regularly scheduled waste disposal and providing a full-time on-site supervisor.	3/26/2025 4:17:35 PM	The primary responsibility for the contractor will be to provide emergency response for oil discharges greater than 25 gallons. The contractor will also be required to provide waste disposal of oil contaminated soil, oily debris, and oily water from SECO remediated sites (less than 25-gallon spills) on an as needed basis.
