ENVIRONMENTAL NARRATIVE & PRELIMINARY ENGINEERING REPORT. The City of Lanesboro is accepting responses to a Request for Proposals for professional services to create an Environmental Narrative and Preliminary Engineering Report to mitigate flood risk at the Lanesboro Public Utilities Power Plant. The complete RFP is on the City’s website . Questions regarding the RFP may be directed to Mitchell Walbridge, City Administrator, at city@lanesboro-mn.gov . Proposals are due by 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17, 2025.
