Environmental Incident and Response Services

This RFP is seeking responses from qualified environmental emergency response firms that can provide hazardous materials response services (the Services) for the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (CT DEEP) across all designated geographic regions of the State of CT. The Services include investigation, containment, cleanup, transport, and disposal of oil, chemicals, hazardous waste, asbestos, and CBRNE contaminants. Contractors will be activated through a tiered, region-based assignment and must respond within 60-90 minutes, as specified in this solicitation, for a three-year Contract Term. A virtual preproposal conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday, October 23rd at 1:30 PM Eastern Time. Refer to page 6 of the document titled "25PSX0048 RFP" in the zip folder. Questions are due Thursday, October 30th by 2:00 PM and must be submitted in the CTSource portal.
