Environmental Education Center At Nuthatch Hollow - Site Contract

Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the site work required for the construction of a new +/- 3,000 square foot building on the University owned property known as Nuthatch Hollow on Bunn Hill Road. The building will be constructed under a separate General Construction Contract. Full coordination between contractors will be required. The site contract includes installation of new well and septic systems, new security lighting and empty conduits. (General Contractor will be pulling wires and making final connections for powering lights), new hardscape improvements for parking and sidewalks, new landscaping, and other miscellaneous site work improvements.

A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday November 19, 2024, at 11:00 AM in conference room C of the Physical Facilities Building. Please reference Binghamton University's website for parking instructions.

Prospective Bidders must purchase a bid set from nyplanroom.com to be considered a responsible bidder, even if the bidding documents were viewed or obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website and registered bidders will be updated periodically with addenda, list of registered plan holders, reports and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the project. All other official notification, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner or Engineer will be responsible for bidding documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
