The City of Los Angeles Department of City Planning (DCP) is requesting proposals from a consultant (Consultant) on the pre-qualified Environmental Consultants for Community Plans, Policy Planning and Environmental Review Services bench list (RAMPLA ID# 30706) who qualify for Task 1 - Community Plan Program, Task 3 - California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Framework, Regulations, Thresholds, and Conditions, Task 4 - Conduct Review of CEQA Documents, and Task 6 - CEQA Documentation & Preparation Technology, possessing the requisite technical skills and experience for ongoing maintenance and updates to the City of Los Angeles (City) Environmental Protection Measures (EPM) Handbooks.
