Project Description: The Louisville Metro Department of Planning seeks qualifications from licensed environmental professionals to assist in the coordination and oversight of the Brownfield Revolving Loan Fund Grant. Louisville Metro will depend on the licensed environmental consultant to assist in ensuring that remediation projects comply with all applicable state and federal requirements. These requirements may include but are not limited to applicable state and federal environmental regulations, funding source-specific obligations relative to task eligibility, record keeping, reporting and Davis Bacon wage rate compliance assurance.
