Environmental Clearance and Cleanup - 90 Deerfield Road

Windsor Deerfield, LLC (Owner) will be conducting Targeted Environmental Clearance and Remediation activities at the Property in support of implementation of a Brownfield Municipal Grant, awarded to the Owner (the Sub-Recipient) and in partnership with the Town of Windsor (the Recipient), through the State of Connecticut’s Department of Economic and Community Development (DECD) Office of Brownfield Remediation and Development (OBRD) grant funds. The proposed work activities includes, but may not be limited to: Asbestos Abatement, Removal and Disposal of Universal Waste and Building Residuals, Residual Liquids and Sludge/Debris Removal and Disposal, and Selective Interior Demolition and Disposal Complete. This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including spending allocation goals (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.
