Environmental/Civil Engineering Services – Term Contract

The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with up to eight (8) firms to provide Environmental/Civil Engineering Services. Firms must possess a strong environmental and civil/site engineering background as assigned tasks will primarily be in this area of expertise. Assignments will include services related to the State Environmental Quality Review Act (SEQR) process, environmental permitting, and may include other Engineering/Architectural services for water works (source development, treatment, storage, and distribution), wastewater collection and treatment, and stormwater management necessary for both new projects and the rehabilitation of existing facilities. Firms must be capable of providing technical studies and design services required for new construction and rehabilitation of existing potable water and wastewater treatment facilities to achieve compliance with State and Federal regulations and appropriate industry standards. Services may also include on an as-needed basis technical studies and design of civil/site engineering projects and other state infrastructure.
