Scope of Services
This a Summary of the request for Environmental and Asbestos Management continuing services; reference the RFQ and any all other documents and information contained in this solicitation.
This document shall provide the School Board of Volusia County Florida (also referred to as the Board or District), with Environmental and Asbestos Management Continuing Services, in accordance with Section 255.103 and 287.055 F. S., Consultants` Competitive Negotiations Act (CCNA) and State Requirements for Educational Facilities (SREF), where the method of compensation is a Negotiated Fixed Fee, pursuant to contract provisions.
The School Board’s intention is to select multiple Firms for environmental and asbestos management services. The selected Firm(s) shall provide environmental and asbestos management services for various projects throughout the District, on an as-needed basis.
