INTRODUCTION

The City of Loma Linda is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Consultant) to prepare an Initial Study/ Mitigated Negative Declaration and other CEQA documentation as required for a proposed five-story, 105,000 square-foot medical office clinic/ building.

The City has received a proposal for the development of a five-story, 105,000 square-foot medical office/clinic building on an existing parking lot. The City of Loma Linda will be the Lead Agency for consideration of approving the project application and the Califomia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) document.

The Consultant will be required to prepare the environmental Initial Study (which includes hiring subconsultants to prepare the required technical studies), and manage the preparation of the appropriate CEQA document, such as the Mitigated Negative Declaration, based on the findings and pursuant to the adopted requirements of the Loma Linda General Plan, Loma Linda Municipal Code, Measure V Growth Initiative, and other state and federal laws, as applicable.
